Original Irish Coffee

PREP

What you need:

French press
Milk frother
Coarse ground coffee: 1/2 tbs per cup to be made
1 tbs brown sugar
3 tbs Irish whiskey
Heavy cream

Prepare

What you do:

STEP ONE

Brew a Fresh pot of coffee with your French press.

STEP TWO

Pour coffee into a mug until it is about 3/4 of the way full. Add brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved.

STEP THREE

Blend Irish whiskey in with coffee.

STEP FOUR

Froth cream with milk frother (or you can use a whisk) and top your coffee off with the frothed cream. Add a few roasted coffee beans to the top of the cream if you like.

Spiced Iced Coffee

 

PREP

What you need:

French press
Coarse ground coffee: 1/2 tbs per cup to be made
3 Cinnamon sticks
1 tbs of allspice
1/8 cup of orange peels
1/2 cup of condensed milk
Ice cubes

PREPARE

What you do:

STEP ONE

Put coffee in French press and prepare a fresh pot.

STEP TWO

Pour hot coffee into cups to chill in the fridge. Put 2 cinnamon sticks, orange peels and allspice into a separate cup and chill.

STEP THREE

After chilling both for a few hours, strain allspice into coffee. 

STEP FOUR

Add condensed milk, ice cubes, and last cinnamon stick into cup and serve. 

 

Honey Coffee

What you need:

French press
Coarse ground coffee: 1/2 tbs per cup to be made
1 cup of milk per cup (250ml) of coffee to be made
1 tbsp of honey per cup (250ml) of coffee
Ice cubes

PREPARE

What you do:

STEP ONE

Put all coffee in your French press and brew a fresh pot of coffee. 

STEP TWO

Pour coffee into glass and add honey and ice cubes.

STEP THREE

Add milk to your cup and serve.

Chilled Chai Latte

What you need:

Chai loose leaf tea (1 scoop)
Teaball
Saucepan
1 cup of milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Ice cubes

PREPARE

What you do:

STEP ONE

Place loose leaf tea into tea ball. Combine milk, tea ball and
cinnamon stick into the saucepan.

STEP TWO

Heat ingredients over medium heat for 10 minute or until
steaming, stirring occasionally.

STEP THREE

Remove saucepan from heat and take out tea ball and cinnamon stick.

STEP FOUR

Stir in honey and vanilla. Chill in fridge for a few hours.

STEP FIVE

Pour into 4 glasses. Use an electric milk frother (we like the Grosche
E-Z Frother) to froth each cup. Add ice cubes and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

 

Café Latte Steamer

What you need:

French press
Coarse coffee grind: 1 tbs per cup (250ml) to be made
Saucepan
2 cups milk per cup (250ml) of coffee to be made
1 tbs sugar per cup (250ml) of coffee to be made
Ground cinnamon

PREPARE

What you do:

STEP ONE

Put all coffee in the French press and prepare freshly French pressed coffee. Use 1 tbs of course grinds for every cup of coffee to be made. 

STEP TWO

Pour coffee and sugar into your saucepan and gradually whisk milk in until it’s blended. 

STEP THREE

Heat coffee, sugar, and milk on medium heat until steaming (3-5 minutes). Once steamed, pour into coffee mugs and drizzle with cinnamon.

 

 

Café au Lait

PREP

What you need:

French press
Coarse coffee grind: 1/2 tbs per cup to be made
Milk steamer (or pot and stove top)
1/2 cup of milk per cup to be made

PREPARE

What you do:

STEP ONE

Put all coffee in French press. French press a double strength pot of coffee by allowing the coffee to steep twice as long as usual.

STEP TWO

Steam 1/2 cup of milk (or equal parts to coffee) in a pot on the stove top or milk steamer. Allow milk to get no hotter than 155F.

STEP THREE

Once milk is steamed, pour equal parts milk and coffee simultaneously into your cup. The cup should be half coffee and half milk.
