STEP ONE:

Remove the top part of the espresso maker and the filter funnel insert. Pour fresh water in the lower portion of the stove top espresso maker up to the valves level.

STEP TWO:

Place the funnel back in the pot and fill with medium-fine ground espresso coffee. Screw the top part of the coffee maker back onto the lower portion firmly.

STEP THREE:

Place the coffee maker on the stove at a high setting (if it’s a gas stove, make sure the flame is under the coffee pot bottom as to not burn the handle of the espresso maker). Wait a few minutes and when you hear the bubbling sound, lower the heat.

STEP FOUR:

Coffee is ready when bubbling sound has decreased and the top portion of the coffee maker is filled with coffee. Once bubbling sound has decreased and the top portion of the coffee maker is filled with coffee, remove from heat immediately (carefully as the pot will be very hot).

STEP FIVE:

Pour and enjoy your freshly brewed espresso!
